Floors Sag or Shake knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my description alone. "First, we paid 'Angie's List' for the service, but were never contacted by the provider. My husband called without a return call until we contacted 'Angie's List'. Once they were involved the people at Irish Electric called to schedule. They initially scheduled for one date and time and when they did not show up during the scheduled time, my husband called and they said they weren't going to be able to make it and would need to re-schedule. When they finally arrived to do the job, the fans were installed, but one had an extension that was too long for the bedroom, even though there was a shorter one. My husband questioned him and he said he thought we would want both to be hung at the same length. He failed to realize that the living area had a coffered/higher ceiling. He did come back and change the extension rod on the bedroom fan. All is well, but the process was somewhat frustrating. For the price it was worth the frustration. We were also impressed that he came back to correct the extension rod on the bedroom fan. To give him the benefit of the doubt, it could be that we were not contacted initially due to the great response and demand for their service. We would use them again."

"It was good. It took them a couple times to send somebody out that actually knew how to do it. They finally sent someone. The B has to do with the fact that the first folks that came out couldn't finish it. Something about the bracket in the ceiling didn't work so they had to send someone else out. I was a little bit dissatisfied with that. The next group of guys came a couple of days later. They actually finished up everything and got the bracket in and got the fan up. If they have a general idea, which they did call and ask of what work you need to have done, then they know not to send someone who can't do it. The price was reasonable. I did have to pay additional over the Big Deal price."

I have used them for small things like wall sockets and ceiling fans, they don't replace faucets .I really thought about dropping them because  

at 50.00/month and not using them that is $600.00 /year I could save. I guess I have Paid for 3 washers since I've used them. They could definitely be a benefit to so one with an older home. I give them a grade of A.
