We are experts at stucco repairs, new stucco installations and Hardie Plank Siding. We also inspect, remove and repair bad or rotten wood. We do both residential and commercial stucco, EIFS removal and install.
"Very disappointed with Spring Construction and the owner, George Hutchinson. I contracted them to replace part of a wall due to a leak. I was told it would take 3-5 days to complete. It was completed in less than 5 hours by 2 men (and this included their lunch break). Once some of the siding was off, you could see that the wood discoloration was not as high as expected so they didn’t need to remove all the siding or reseal the window, both of which were on the bid of $2,850. They did replace a small part of the wall that was rotting and after they finished, John Hutchinson told me there was no leak, most likely water had built up in the wall and they had taken care of it. They did not take care of the leak, as I saw fresh water after they “fixed” the problem. Because Spring Construction was unable to find the leak, I contacted another contractor and he was able to properly fix the leak. After that, I spoke with George to see if I could have some of the cost refunded. He was only willing to refund $100. That was not acceptable to me. He informed me that their last 3 jobs were underbid and they did not go back to the homeowner for the additional costs. I felt he was indicating that it was my responsibility to make up the difference because of their overbid on my property, I was told that the bid was the cost. During the call, George constantly interrupted me, called my handyman (who looked at the problem originally) an idiot and hung up on me. Horrible customer service, especially from an owner, and I question their honesty because they expect me to pay for services they did not perform and materials I did not receive."

At AAA Home Inspections, I don’t answer to anyone but you.. (the client). I don’t have close personal relationships with real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, building contractors, banks, lending institutions or anyone involved in the real estate industry. I don’t take part in kick-backs with real estate agents or pay for a service that provides consumer leads.. since most of my work comes to me directly from satisfied client’s which I have worked for over the years. Some of my referrals also come from local real estate attorneys who have been reading my reports for over 23 years and some come from the few professional real estate agents with integrity. Complaint-free company.
"Very enthusiastic 5 stars! Rick is very through and his report is extensive. No surprises when buying a house. Rick kept us very informed and helped to keep everything on track. He is patient with the miscommunications between the realtor and me and helped to straighten things out. His price is very reasonable for the work produced. Would use him again without a seconds hesitation."

Stucco is very challenging to DIY, so it’s always best to leave the work to professional stucco contractors. The same recommendation applies to painting a stucco house, which should be left in the reliable hands of a professional exterior painter. Inexperienced DIYers can make several critical mistakes during stucco application, such as:
Failing to apply sufficiently thick layers for longevity and water resistance
Uneven application
Uneven texture across the exterior
Mixing the stucco improperly, leaving a weak structure
Failing to texture properly in between coats, leading to cracking and chipping
In some cases, stucco siding will increase your home value. Stucco is an attractive siding option, meaning it maximizes your curb appeal. This exterior feature also comes with added benefits, such as being relatively easy and affordable to repair, making your home more energy-efficient, and making the exterior of your home fire-resistant. On average, you can expect a return on investment of around 70%.
Late fall is generally the best time of year for installing stucco siding. We don’t recommend hiring a stucco pro to apply this feature when the temperatures are below freezing, so it’s best to avoid applying stucco siding to your home during the winter. However, it’s safe to apply in hot and colder temperatures, so any other time of year is suitable. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Compare price quotes from at least three stucco contractors in your area to find the right pro for your task.
The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.
