"They are a newer company so they are still finding their footing in the industry. They are a bit rough around the edges but are all great people. They listened to what I wanted. Offered suggestions and worked together as a team to do what needed done. Their work quality was great and the only delays we had were due to bad weather. Both options are durable, but synthetic stucco includes an extra layer that makes it more resistant to cracking and a better choice for climates with extreme weather. In hot, dry climates with less rainfall, traditional stucco is a suitable and more affordable option that is less likely to trap moisture. Synthetic stucco also offers more color options and requires less maintenance.

Costs range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the damage size and texture matching.

To maintain stucco, inspect it annually for cracks and clean the surface with a mild detergent. Seal any cracks promptly to prevent water infiltration, and reseal or repaint as needed to preserve its appearance.

Solid, unpainted stucco shouldn’t suffer damage from dots of glue used for this task. If the stucco is dirty, you may notice slight marks when you heat and peel the glue away, but these aren’t permanent.
