Very enthusiastic 5 stars! Rick is very through and his report is extensive. No surprises when buying a house. Rick kept us very informed and helped to keep everything on track. He is patient with the miscommunications between the realtor and me and helped to straighten things out. His price is very reasonable for the work produced. Would use him again without a seconds hesitation.

Rick, of AAA Home Inspection did an excellent job. His attention to detail, depth of information provided in the report made it simple for me to evaluate the status of the real property I was preparing to purchase. Rick coordinated scheduling, conducted the inspection, and filed a timely and concise report with plenty of photos and informative website links to afford me greater a better understanding of corrective actions that I would need to take in the future.

I cannot be more pleased with both Home Inspection and Home Watch Services. The home inspection filled me in on the construction and operation of the home, including a much needed repair for an out-of-compliance construction issue that Rick noted. The home watch gives peace of mind on home operations through both storm events and normal weather conditions. Rick showed up to do the inspection on time and made it clear he was working in our best interest as the buyers. His inspection was extremely thorough from start to finish. We received our detailed report shortly after the inspection was completed and it included a lot of photographs and issues of concern highlighted in red for easy identification.

Rick Novicki was very professional and searched the house at every angle to check for problems that needed to be addressed. Rick took numerous photos and described every photo. Rick of AAA Home Inspections is a true gem! I received a very thorough and helpful report on my soon-to-be new home, my agent was majorly impressed as she spent time with him during the inspection and he offered to help me down the road should I need suggestions for trade work {home repairs|replacements}. He is very knowledgeable, clearly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. The report has plenty of pictures, understandable descriptions and helpful advice regarding repairs and future improvements. The general summary at the end highlights the most outstanding items which makes it easy to create a "punch list" and so that you can easily see the big picture. I highly recommend Rick and AAA Home Inspections and feel fortunate to have found him!

This is the most thorough home inspection we have been involved in and we have probably been through 5 or 6. Rick explained everything in addition to showing us the issues - which is not always done - so we had a good understanding when the inspection was completed. He took the time to answer questions and very systematically checked the house. The followup report was in our hands quickly. I would highly recommend with no hesitation.

They did an outstanding job of inspecting a potential home I am thinking about buying. They were very thorough and spent the whole day inspecting and wrote a phenomenal report which was very detailed. I would highly recommend them.

Rick performed the inspection for a 2BR villa that we are purchasing.  He was very responsive and provided a great inspection report, including tidbits on maintenance and plenty of photos.  He was able to fit us in his schedule on short notice and his report was provided in a timely manner.  AAA charged us what I would consider a very fair price.

They gave me a very thorough report. My experience with them was excellent. We are actually using them again for further inspections. Their pricing is fair.
