Joe, the owner, was very patient the day I called over 6 times to ask different questions to compare the minutest details. I decided to go with them in the end because they would add a fourth swing to the beam at no extra charge, you could choose to get swings, a glider or a baby bucket at no extra charge, you got a personalized sign included, a free quarter panel to temporarily block off the back fire pole until your child is ready, a steering wheel included, and a choice of chains or rope for swing accessories. Other companies nickel and dime for each of these things. Additionally, they have in-ground installation and most importantly, they could install on a slope and I didn't have to do anything to prepare for the installation (level an area). The guys who came to install the set were extremely nice and let me play with the placement angle until I was happy with it. Our whole family is extremely happy with the set and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. We had a very positive experience. Thanks

They came out to give me an estimate within an hour and a half. The next day they came back out to repair the problem. They always give me a good price. They do good work. The installers were very nice and did an excellent job placing it with plenty of room for the kids to move around and not fall off the slide. The slide doesn't get too hot even after a couple hours in the sun. I feel like we got a lot for our money considering the price includes tax, delivery and installation. It is much sturdier than the sets at Toys R' Us or Lowes. My kids love to play on their new set and get upset when it is time to go inside. That is the sign of a good swingset

They had one guy come out to do the install and he completed assembly within about 3 hours. Our ground was off-level by more than 6 inches end-to-end, but he did not charge any extra. The playset was also anchored into the ground and is very sturdy. We are very pleased with the playset and our daughter loves it

Not only did he come out before we placed our order to help us decide what equipment we wanted to get and how we could fit it in the space we had available, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our play set after installation as well. Given the slope of the hill where we needed to install the play set, it was difficult to know exactly what all we needed to make everything work until it was all in. After we tried the set out, we realized we needed to make some modifications, and Chris kindly came out and did everything we asked. He couldn't have been more helpful

I called and wanted them to put up our system because the movers we used didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had originally called back in April and had been quoted this price. "He did the work. I wish he would have covered areas better that he was working on because when he left it looked like a construction zone and a mess was left. He could have listened better to what we were asking for and did the work his way which was wiping and then dusted vs dusting then wiping which smudged the walls and dirtied the floors.

"I found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve made it clear from our initial phone call that he was not interested in up-selling and only interested in cleaning my carpets and ensuring that we had the best customer service experience possible in the process. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. The carpets look nearly new and there’s no need to be thinking of replacing them. Steve is a rarity in the service industry. He truly cares about getting great results and that you’re happy with the outcome. I will be hiring Steve to clean some upholstered furniture for me and he will be the only person I have clean my carpets. I highly recommend Act One and he does travel to Huntsville from Gadsden so don’t let the company address stop you from calling him.

"We went to King of Swings to see the showroom and consider our options. The owner, Joe Rehme, was very helpful. He could answer absolutely any question, and thought of many things I had not. Our space is limited, and Joe was very good at helping figure out what would fit-their systems are very customizable. He also was great with our two small children as they played there. We were very impressed with the quality of the products and the price. We had looked at a couple other competitors that may have looked fancier, but also cost more and didn't really provide anything better. We also considered some much cheaper options, but felt that this product would really last for years. The installers did a very nice job. There was one error with where the hangers for the swings had been drilled on the swing beam, but they fixed that quickly and easily. Only other complaint-Joe told me there would be no need to do any kind of treatment at all on the wood, but the installers said we would need to water seal it. We've had the system for less than a week now, but it looks great and the kids are loving it.
