"They come every couple of months automatically. They're very responsive, they come within the next day. I just pay the amount for the year and they come to do everything. If I have to call them for bugs I see in my house they come. There's no charge because I pay that big fee in the beginning or whenever they send me the bill.  I think it's a fair price for what they do in a year. A lot of times they come, I'm not here, but they come. I know the last time they said they were going to be here about 10:00. I was running late and they were here at 10:00. It's only one person at a time that come to do the work. They're nice and genuine. They leave the area clean. The house have debugging things on the outside for termites and other stuff, so they just pour stuff in the little holes. I haven't had anybody inside the house for a while, but they're always neat and clean.show more
