Excellent. There is no A/V problem Jason can't solve! He is really smart and really customer-focused.

Jason is professional, friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgable. After our initial phone inquiry he stayed in touch with us via text to schedule our appointment & answer questions. We are not "techno-savvy" and have been looking for someone with whom we could establish a rapport to fix our existing problems with our WiFi and home AV system and be available to contact with future issues. Our experience with Jason ended our search! This is coming from someone who only takes time to write a review on the relatively rare occasion when exceptional service has been provided. You will not be sorry for choosing Jason to service your home.

They were great and solved every issue that arose effectively and efficiently. (The internal conduit was broken, but they were able to solve the issue.) I would definitely hire them again. They were great to work with.

Awesome work. Jason & Jermaine installed a number of items in our new house over several phases/visits, starting with the correction of another vendor's prewiring. Their quality of work, responsiveness, and expertise through the entire project has been great - and they're pretty fun to work with, too!

Jason was very professional from start to finish. He made an appointment and showed up on time, which is rare enough these days on its own. The initial walkthrough of my home was quick but thorough and the estimate was provided by the end of the day. The price was fair so we scheduled the work. Again, Jason and his team were punctual which is highly appreciated. They were very polite, respectful, and professional and the work was exemplary. They ran a dozen CAT6 cables through my two-story home and only needed to make a single hole in the drywall which they repaired. I'll be contacting Jason again when the time comes to install a home security or A/V setup. Contractors like this are hard to come by.

Hired them to mount my 55 inch tv above my fireplace - did an amazing job. Will absolutely hire again.

It went well... took three full days. I guess it takes as long as it takes (wish it was done in one or two days)l; however, it's worth it to have a quality job. Jason and John were great and took great care to "do it right" and even came back to finish on a Saturday (they typically don't work on Saturdays - we needed it done for Super Bowl Sunday the next day). In my opinion, it seemed pricey, but in all fairness, was equivalent to another quote I got. This was the first time I paid a professional company to install something like this, so I guess it's just the going rate. Jason took the time to help program everything and explain how things would work (I think he programmed our devices at no charge because the job took longer than expected... Good businessman!). I highly recommend WAV&S; there is no substitute for doing business with a true professional that is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.

I have had them out twice and they delivered exactly what I needed. First time it was Jason by himself and he mounted 3 TV's for me and the second time he had an assistant to change out the wall mount and hang up a new TV for me. They also ran some new wiring that I needed. They did a great job cleaning up once they were done and I plan on having them out again to pre-wire my basement before I get it finished as well as after to install my new theater system. Great work at a reasonable price

Jason wisely asked me if I had surge protection to protect the TV's and added a Panamax surge-protected outlets for each TV. He brought the wall-mount brackets so I didn't have to worry about what to buy and he thoroughly tested the connections and programming for the TV's before he and his helper left. They were fast, neat (even bringing large moving pads to put their tools on) and asked questions to be sure I liked what they were doing. I would absolutely hire them again. The price shown below includes all the hardware and the labor for the installation.

Great. Jason and his colleague showed up exactly on time. The estimate he provided in advance was extremely accurate. The work was top notch and I felt very comfortable trusting them to get the job done right. I would certainly recommend Williams AV & Security to anyone looking to get any home AV or security services performed. The prices were a slightly higher than I was being quoted by other providers, but this was easy to justify as I had much for trust in Jason based on his knowledge and experience.

It went excellently.  Jason was great, friendly, and easy to work with.  He was responsive to all my pre-work questions, and stuck to his quote even though it took him longer then he estimated.  He is a stand-up guy and I would trust him to do much more work at our house.

Jason is first very honest with his work plan and estimates, and really does aim to save you time and money. His experience in the field is deep. He is a problem-solver, and in our old VAHI home with older equipment, we needed a problem-solver to make our system work without buying loads of new equipment. Jason is readily available by phone (or text) to answer questions, and you can tell he spends time outside of contracted hours thinking about your needs (but he doesn't bill you those hours - he'd never make money as a lawyer). 
Our 1920s VAHI home has its quirks. When we bought it, it came with a disconnected and damaged audio system that was top of the line during Clinton's first term. Jason combined a few new bits of equipment, re-ran wiring so speakers made music in sensible locations (then cleaned up the wiring!!), and connected all of this to all of our devices. We've got music, surround sound TV, and multiple rooms involved using mostly the equipment that the previous owner left in a closet - Jason scavenged speakers from odd locations in the house and reinstalled them according to our preferences. We can now play 90s tunes on 90s speakers via modern tech: eg STP's Plush on iphone, spotify, sonos, tune-in, apple-tv, fire-stick, or record [if they pressed records in 1993]. Despite him having to spend a lot of time deal with 1920's architectural esoterics, we came in right on the estimate.
Jason focuses on keeping clients, and he's available to answer your inevitable questions about your installed system. He'll be my first call if we upgrade to a mid2000s system, and he should be your call if you're considering an even more modern project.
