Vince from OneStopPoolsGa seemed trustworthy during the initial meeting but when we asked follow up questions about the specific work to be completed, he became evasive, defensive, and unprofessional. It seemed that this was a company, not just a one man show, so we thought he would be accountable to a manager or supervisor. Turns out it is just Vince and a family member. Vince told us he would be winterizing our pool and ordering a pool cover. He charged us upfront for the work. Once we did some research on winterizing and the cost of pool covers, we had questions that Vince was unwilling to answer. So we asked to cancel the job. At that point he began to send harassing text messages and refusing to reimburse us. Since he had no manager, I had no choice but to leave a review about the experience on Google. Once I did that, he retaliated by leaving a one-star review on the page of a company that I run. Vinceâ s erratic behavior was scary. He became unstable in nature and I regret ever even giving him our address. He was dishonest about ordering a custom sized pool cover and marked up the price 100%. He also referred me to someone else for other work on my home, but charged $150 to make the referral. I DO NOT recommend OneStopPoolsGa. I would recommend American Swimming Pools LLC instead. They are more transparent.

How great the job

From day one, Vince has shown professionalism and care. He’s never been pushy, has always been receptive and educational on items we were unclear, and continues to do what we’ve asked, while asserting his advice when needed. Our pool is clean and always ready. As he promotes - “we clean, you swim.” And he means it!!
