About us
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As a homeowner needing to get things done that I do not have time to do, I tried to hire people to do the work for me. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. If they did call back or they would schedule appointments and never show up or if they did show up you would never hear from them again. If I was lucky to find one that provided an estimate, they did not know how to do the projects requested. Larger companies do not want to do the "little" things. At the point of getting so frustrated, I decided to start this business so that other homeowners would not have to go through this. I have hired professional and qualified people; drug test and background checks have been performed on them to ensure clients safety. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. You do not pay for the work until the job has been completed to your satisfaction.

"The customer scheduled an appointment for 6-10. We always call the customer when we are on the way as stated in writing and on the phone. The technician called and texted the customer when he was on the way. The technician did not hear back from the customer, the technician called me and I called and texted the customer. The customer did not answer, so a message was left. The customer never called back but sent a text the next day telling me that I was a fraud and a scammer. All the customer had to do was have the decency to call and cancel the appointment so we could have booked another job. The cancellation fee will remain and the late fees will continue. The customer was sent notification that a cancellation fee did apply. He never responded to our attempts until the day after his appointment was scheduled. When the customer received the confirmation email and the details all he had to do at that point is decline the appointment, again he did not. He keeps saying he doesn't pay for estimates, we do not charge for estimates, but we do charge if a cancellation notice is not given. He should have had the simple courtesy to cancel the appointment. If someone owes money, I have every right to contact them to collect money owed to my company. "Missed appointments without a 24-hour cancellation notice incur a fee. He keeps spouting all the rules and regulations from the FCC but has not shown any proof to back what he is stating. Our business states this policy on our home page with the BBB so if customers view our information, it is clearly stated. If they do not want to comply with these terms or agree with them, they have no obligation to call our company. We are owed the cancellation fee and will continue to collect through all avenues possible. He reported me to the BBB and the BBB found in favor of the business and closed the complaint."
