He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. This took multiple trips to my house to put on mulitple coats and he showed up everytime, also keeping in touch about precise estimated time of arrival. He also did excellent work, with attention to detail and ensuring that he didn't damage anything else in the process. Very nice to work with and professional. Will hire again. Before and after photos attached. Any unevenness in the stain is due to nature of the wood itself; he balanced out the absorption of stain very well compared to the original stain on the door."
