Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Several places were very dirty and when she was finished the carpet all over the house looked almost new. I called her at 1030 am after another carpet cleaner cancelled on me and she was at my house by 1200 pm to survey the job and get started. Luckily she was free that afternoon.
