"We can't say enough positive things about the fantastic job Elizabeth did on cleaning our home's light colored carpets. Several places were very dirty and when she was finished the carpet all over the house looked almost new. I called her at 1030 am after another carpet cleaner cancelled on me and she was at my house by 1200 pm to survey the job and get started. Luckily she was free that afternoon. "Great job overall. I have 3 bedrooms and a hallway that I need to keep professionally cleaned annually for my warranty. The gentleman who did the actual cleaning was Very polite and conscientious. However when it came time to pay the price had risen from $138 to $208! Imagine my shock! I did ask him to go over 2 area rugs but he did not tell me the price to do it would be so high! To add insult to injury they had a 5 room special for $188 which I requested and ultimately got but I probably will not use them again as I was disappointed with how that was handled by the woman in the office who gave me the quote(s)."
