The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. Every work day seemed to be used efficiently and interactions with the crew members were pleasant and professional. Sod and pine straw were replaced so that any disturbance due to equipment was repaired. The end result is of the highest quality. It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the windows for our porch jobs. We provide up to 4 colors to choose from on our window screen frame. Three colors on our windows for porches.

This took multiple trips to my house to put on mulitple coats and he showed up everytime, also keeping in touch about precise estimated time of arrival. He also did excellent work, with attention to detail and ensuring that he didn't damage anything else in the process. Very nice to work with and professional. Will hire again. Before and after photos attached. Any unevenness in the stain is due to nature of the wood itself; he balanced out the absorption of stain very well compared to the original stain on the door."
