Not once did I second guess my decision to go with them. The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. This took multiple trips to my house to put on mulitple coats and he showed up everytime, also keeping in touch about precise estimated time of arrival. He also did excellent work, with attention to detail and ensuring that he didn't damage anything else in the process. Very nice to work with and professional. Will hire again. Before and after photos attached. Any unevenness in the stain is due to nature of the wood itself; he balanced out the absorption of stain very well compared to the original stain on the door."
