From the initial sales call with Mike to working out the contract details with Meghan to the installation with Ryan and Mack, I was consistently impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Quinn Windows. Not once did I second guess my decision to go with them. The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. I am recommending Quinn Windows to all my neighbors!

Quinn Windows was great! This was the second time we have used them to install windows (first being our old house). The owner provided the initial estimate and is fantastic to deal with. They we prompt at sending an estimate, including a mock-up of our front door. Quinn kept us informed on the status of our windows as, with all replacement windows, they had to be manufactured to the measurements of our existing windows. Installation done by a team of 2 over two days. Again, very professional and did a great job. We already have used them again, and would in the future!

Very well. I ordered Therma-Tru for all doors, and they specified a Robert Bowden wood sash for the picture window. I asked them to deliver everything prior to installation, so I would have time to prime & paint in advance (I turned my garage into a painting station). After I was done painting, their crew came out on April 27 to install everything. There was a lot of attention to detail on the part of the installation crew, considering that the openings weren't square. For example, to make sure that the new front door was square and plumb, they ripped a piece of wood to support the bottom sill/threshold, that was 1-inch thick at the left edge, and gradually tapered down to half-inch thick at the right edge (I noticed this when I did the touch-up painting). In the basement, they put at lot of time and effort in preparing the exterior daylight basement door opening (here, they had to rip the left-side 2x4 to make sure the new door would be square and plumb). The basement is unfinished and the original door never had interior trim boards. I bought interior trim at Home Depot and they installed it for me. They spent a lot of time caulking both inside and outside of all doors and picture window, to make sure there are no air or water leaks. I would definitely hire Quinn Windows again!

I can not recommend Quinn Windows more highly and would give them an A++ if possible. Prices were comparable to other estimates. We visited the display room to clarify some questions we. Everyone at Quinn is top notch, from Conor and Peter who answered questions and worked and reworked the estimate, to the office staff who coordinated the job, to the installation team Gabriel, Leo and Savio and Beau who helped for next day installing screens and completing some fine tuning. We did a lot of research in choosing a windows and doors replacement company for my parents’ house. We could not be happier that we selected Quinn Windows to replace all windows, two exterior French doors and to install an interior French door/sidelights. It is a family owned business where we dealt directly with the owner – Conor. Quinn Windows offers window/doors from many brands and Conor was very helpful to us in selecting the windows/doors that were within our budget. We had excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the office to set up our estimate appointment until the end when the windows/doors were installed. Conor was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns throughout the process and was always available to speak with on the phone when needed. The installers were great as well – they worked late to finish the job on time and cleaned up as they were working. We recommend Quinn Windows to anyone who is looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

I needed a new door mainly because light was showing from the bottom and side of door. Someone came out, gave me an estimate and told me that they could fix the issues. They finally came out to replace the door. I was told that they'd replace the peep hole but when they got here, they told me that they wouldn't do it. Furthermore, I still saw light from the side of the door when they left. I called to complain and the workers were sent back out. Now, a month later, I see light from the side of the door again.

The work that Bo did on all of the doors and trim was phenomenal (he performed the work both times I hired Quinn Windows). The Therma-Tru doors (recommended by Quinn Windows) are excellent, and Bo is clearly a careful worker who pays attention to details. He was working with some very not square openings in my 1960s condo, and he expertly navigated those challenges to give all the doors a perfect fit, and he was generous with the insulation and sealing around the doors. He consulted me on my preferences throughout the projects and listened to my ideas and questions. Each of the doors presented its own weird challenge, and he demonstrated his problem solving skills in each case -- I love all three solutions he came up with. He also did some excellent work on the trim, which is especially impressive since the first time all he had to go on was a tiny picture I found on the internet (the second time he modeled the trim on the work he did the first time). And finally, Bo cleaned up carefully when he finished his work each time, which I really appreciated. *** The quotes I received from Conor are the clearest and most thorough quotes I've received from a contractor of any sort. When I had questions or concerns about the quote, Conor made changes based on my feedback. Seriously -- I love the quotes *almost* as much as I love the doors and trim themselves. *** I would recommend following up with the office about scheduling your installation if you don't hear from them right away -- of course they do not schedule the installation until the door is ready from the factory, but both times there was some lack of communication about the estimated timeline, and I think the second time they forgot about me until I checked in. However, as soon as I checked in both times they responded quickly and professionally and got me on the schedule, and both times the door and Bo showed up right when I expected them. The office also sent helpful reminders about the appointments a couple days before they were scheduled. *** The experience was excellent overall, *especially* the quality of Bo's work and those clear, readable quotes.

The project went extremely well. Conor was the sales agent who was extremely communicative throughout. He gave me a great estimate on a very good product-he was informative but not pushy. His installers were early, hard working, polite, They cleaned up very well at end of project. I would use Quinn windows again without hesitation

Great company from the first call to the finish of the install. We love the quality of our windows. Wonderful professional and clean install team. Quinn came out with examples and pictures of what it could look like on a home similar to ours. We had just one issued where the caulk didn’t fill in right and they immediately came out to fix it to our liking. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacement. I watched as Quinn workers installed a neighbor's windows and was impressed with their knowledge and friendliness. I love small family-owned contractors like Quinn where all the workers are well-known and requests for small changes are not a problem. Today they worked on my house from 8:30am-2:30pm to replace my old leaky windows with new vinyl windows (See photo - gray house). I wanted a lot of changes to the finish work and trim which they handled with no problems. All done. I expect to save a bundle on my gas & electric bills. Thanks guys.

I had certain restrictions because of an HOA, and Charles Quinn was very helpful in making it easy for me. The installers were very efficient, and all the work was completed in 1 day. there was an issue with the way the manufacturer had installed the slider door lock, and Conor Quinn came over and fixed it the same day. Responsive, helpful, easy to work with. Very happy with the results.

The installers arrived exactly on time and finished the job within the day. Two of the owners of the company made separate follow up visits to make minor adjustments to the doors.
