"We lost cooling one evening last week and the weather forecast predicted 90+ degrees for the following day. I called first thing the next morning and they had a technician at our house before noon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the thermostat, and by the time he left we were cool again. He also had to order a new sensor and came back today (promptly on time again) and the work was completed within 15 minutes.
