"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "This company came to my rescue when I was desperate. I had old insulation and mothballs that had to be removed immediately from my attic. They did a great job, and everyone was very courteous. One point that I wished was different. I was not informed that the new insulation would be blown cellulose. By disclosing all information, it allows the customer to have complete trust in the company. I assumed that it would be foam, because I was not familiar with cellulose. I say this, because I have been "burned" several times. However, I would definitely recommend this company to others."

"I had a free inspection for possible animals in the attic just a few days after calling for an appointment. Bobby was knowledgable, professional, and personable. The inspection was thorough, and fortunately he did not find evidence of animals in the attic, on the roof, or eaves. There was no pressure to have any other services performed, such as insulation or vapor barriers. I will definitely use Rite Way again if the need arises."

"The quote was free. I removed popcorn ceilings from pretty much the whole house. Once I removed the popcorn, I ascended the ceiling down but I needed somebody to give it a coat of mud. Eric Hooks was very kind, very professional and very pleasant. But he told me when I met him that it would be around $1400-$1500 and that didn’t include the material. He called me a week later and he told me that he had misquoted. He quoted me $3500 to do a coat of mud on the ceiling and bind the ceiling. He said it probably needed a couple of coats of mud. Needless to say, the job went to the guy who did it for $750. When they spray popcorn ceiling, basically mud joins it very well. They have to skim the ceilings and they have to use some joint compound to smooth the ceiling out; otherwise the lines will be seen where the joints are. He said $3500; I think they look at me and think that I am a girl and I don’t know how much things cost. I think for $3500; I can get my whole ceiling redone with new drywall for that price. I thought it was very high for 1400 square feet; it’s not a mansion. He had wonderful reviews on Angie’s List and if he had been $1400, I would have considered him. Whoever I hired did it for $750; they did a pretty decent job, and I am happy with it and it was cheap for the job. Probably $1400 I think is what most would quote. I had a quote from somebody else who said they would do it for $1000-$1500. Eric Hooks was very nice and I am sure he would do a great job, but he was really expensive as far as what he quoted me. If he had given me a reasonable price; I am sure it would have been great and he would have done a wonderful job. He was on time and called me back a few days later. Once you find somebody that does a job that’s okay and it’s cheap, you stick with those. Given what he quoted me, I probably would not use him again in the future."
