The service technician called when he was running late. He did not install all of the plumbing fixtures the way I wanted them initially. I had to call several times to have him come back to fix a minor issue. Work was completed well.

This is a really nice business! It was Friday late afternoon and I needed a new faucet installed on my kitchen sink. I figured I would have to wait till Monday. This really nice man told me he would have someone here in about forty minutes. My faucet could not be fixed and the repairman went and got me a faucet and installed it for me. This is a great company with excellent service. Thanks so much!

On July 10, 2017 I hired them to fix a leaking toilet and shower fixture. Stephen Ratterree was the technician who came. He fixed the leaking toilet but whatever he did to the shower, he did not turn the water on to come through the pipes. You could hear the water but its not coming through the faucets. I have called both Stephen and Donnelly's Peach Services several times but the allow all calls to go to voicemail and never returned my calls. I Months have past and of no avail so on November 14, 2017 I decided to email them. They have yet to reply. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court because I did not hesitate to pay them for their service so it only fare for them to complete their job.

Gas Piping
This company actually cost me money. I hired them to install a vanity top and sinks as well as a new stove top in my kitchen. While installing the vanity top they cut my wall tile and left too wide a gap to be caulked as well as busted several tiles out. These tiles will have to be ordered special as they are 1960s retro plus whatever it will cost me to get them installed. While putting in the stove top they left a quarter inch Gap of the cutout showing. I am unsure at this point if it can be moved or whether I will end up replacing my kitchen counters. When I called the company with my concerns they made an appointment for the owner to come look at it. He did not keep that appointment. The technician that did my work seemed basically dishonest and kept adding charges. They ended up charging me several hundred dollars above the quote. Avoid this company!

"That's right. I talked to the two guys who were on the job, they described (independently) a completely different scenario than you told me in the phone. I don't take our reputation lightly and decided to make sure I knew the back story on this job. I think you left out quite a few details both with me and in your review. I intended to come look at what the site looked like. After your review and speaking with you (and your threats of small claims court) I think I better refer this to counsel. Of note, we did not supply your vanity of different dimensions (shorter) than what was there before."

The response was fast, same day in fact. The tech was personable and fast. But, after he left I found that he had not tested the flush ability of the toilet mechanism. It turns out that he had not attached the release chain correctly, so the tank never filled. In addition, $165 seems rather high for a 20 minute job. Maybe if it were an emergency job it would be justified, but I clearly stated it was not my only bathroom.

I had them come over to find out why my hot water heater was leaking. Before 12, I had a new water heater installed. I'm glad I didn't have to take any more time off of work. The speed of the hot water heater's installation was a pleasant surprise.
