"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"I was given an fan (that I LOVE) from a friend and when my husband went to install it he could not get the lights working (he can usually do it all) so we called an electrician out and he couldn't get them working either. At this point i figured we were given a broken fan... Instead of giving up (because i loved THIS specific fan) gave it 1 more try. Andrew came out and got the light working in under 30 mins! (And that's including time spent talking and reviewing the fan and components!) I was so beyond excited!
