"Larry was great to work with on all aspects of my remodel. He is very knowledgeable and was able to come up with solutions to the task at hand that looks great in my house. I would recommend Lar Con to anyone and will continue to hire for any upcoming jobs I might have."

"Their services were awesome! Detail oriented, great suggestions, eye for design and discussions to keep costs down. They were willing to make changes and work with the timeline efficiently. The custom kitchen was high end and the finished work was the envy of all. Work space was left clean ."

"We had our basement fully finished by Creative Basements. They did a great job of taking our design and bringing it to life while working with me on adjustments. As in all projects, everything was not always smooth, but Jason did a great job of working through those challenges with us and ensuring the job was done to a high standard. Thanks for a job well done!"

"They are fantastic! They were super responsive, not only before the project started, but throughout the whole remodel. They even made suggestions like doing a niche in the shower. I didn’t ask for one, but they reached out to check so they could add it while they were doing the work. We also made a few small changes and added a small job, and they took it in stride. Their work is top quality, and their customer care is the best I’ve ever gotten from a remodeler. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends!"

"This company was very professional and communication was always clear. I couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend to friend."

"We recently hired PHI for a complete master bathroom remodel. Dennis and Jean were great to work with. The crew was always prompt, courteous and respectful of our home. We were very pleased with the work that was completed and would highly recommend them."

"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. I've already recommended their services to several of my friends and family, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done. Kudos to Ty, Armando, and their whole crew."

"Outstanding residential renovation, from initial design to move-in ready. Charles Miller transformed 1500sqft. of semi-finished random rooms into a spacious elegant apartment. Beautiful flow from expanded living room to new gourmet kitchen, with cook’s retreat room, smooth primary bedroom with new walkin closet and laundry, luxury bathroom, sweet playroom for grandchildren, and a space-efficienct mechanical/storage room. New lighted display cabinet wall-inset, all new flooring, ceiling lights. He knows his subcontractors well, and supervises for timeliness and to meet his own high standards. Mr. Miller has well-honed aesthetic skills that repeatedly improved outcomes. Tile walls and kitchen counter designs met properly. The redesigned kitchen windows improved view of trees/garden. Throughout this project i came to rely on Mr. Miller’s experience, vision, care and integrity. Highest recommendation!!"
