Beaver the Handyman & Home Renovations

Beaver Home Renovations were a pleasure to work with and did a superb job at a very fair price. They were respectful, timely, and did excellent work in an expedient manner. They were flexible and accommodated additional requests that we made as the project progressed. They also point out ideas that could improve the project, as well as suggested cost saving measures. We will hire them for all future renovations and home improvements we have.

I can’t say enough good things about Jhony! He was fantastic and I would highly recommend for any kitchen/hamdyman/flooring project. We will absolutely call on him for future expansion and projects for our home.

Jhony and his team replaced joists and main foundation beam in the crawl space. They also laid hardwood floors in my kitchen and laundry room area. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I would gladly recommend Jhony and his team to friends and family!

Highly recommend Jhony Ventura! We wanted a 4 x6 widow cut into a wall between a sunny TV room and a dark, windowless foyer. Jhony gave us just what we wanted. He had to move some electrical and we also wanted it framed. Jhony showed up on time, protected our furniture and any mess was cleaned up. We are so pleased with his work and work ethic. I’m sure we’ll use him again.

Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again.

They were great! Jhony is very responsive by text or phone. They were very professional and made suggestions like a wine rack in the kitchen and a niche in the bath that really made the spaces even better! We are already planning to have them come redo our laundry room when we have saved up for a bit!

I didn’t ask for one, but they reached out to check so they could add it while they were doing the work. We also made a few small changes and added a small job, and they took it in stride. Their work is top quality, and their customer care is the best I’ve ever gotten from a remodeler. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends!

Everything went great. They made sure to cover furniture so that our things didn’t get dusty from drywall work, and kept the work area tidy. The project of widening our closet door took the estimated amount of time and the cost matched the estimate. We are very happy with the final outcome!
