"My HVAC Tech, Alex K, & his crew of (2) other Techs installed my new Carrier HVAC system back in April (2020) & after the Inspection from the City of Alpharetta. All of CoolRay’s Employees are superb & extremely friendly from David Poulos (Sr. Consultant) selling me the awesome energy-efficient system, to the Lead Service Technician in Alex K., & his (2) partners that installed my Carrier HVAC back in April. Meanwhile, CoolRay’s Permit Coordinator in Jennifer Richardson was SUPERB! She has terrific Customer Service skills, is extremely professional as well as friendly, she’s very easy to talk to over the phone while she goes above & beyond to help explain to me the answers to the questions that I had for her & therefore, she helped put me at ease. Sarah Clement was also very helpful by contacting me via my cell & via email in helping set up the minimal work that needed to be performed in order to pass the inspection by the City of Alpharetta. All in all, a FABULOUS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES for those that I mentioned above w/ CoolRay & these individuals should be recognized in some way?!! CoolRay should be thrilled & honored to have these individuals working for them, especially Jennifer Richardson, Sarah & Alex K. ??? Sincerely, A very satisfied Customer in Mike Nale ? "My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We initially found this company when searching online for information about energy audits and saving money on our utility bills. We were not sure what all was involved with this but the representative that came out was very knowledgeable and explained every detail. The audit or energy loss inspection showed us why we had uncomfortable rooms and why our energy bills are high, especially peak of Summer or Winter. We had no idea. We learned a lot about our 14 year old home that we never knew as well as a product that we purchased for our attic that reflects heat away. So far, we have already noticed a drop in temperature overall in our home and certainly in the rooms we were worried most about. Our energy bill this month was the lowest it has ever been in the Summer. We are thrilled with these results and everyone we met with this company. 0"

"Mr. Nier has 15 years remodeling, building, electrical, and general contracting experience.  He was very thorough with the inspection pointing out not only obvious repairs and potential code issues, but also offering simply DIY tips for basic home maintenance. He was astute at noting energy efficiency issues and again offering tips on the best (and many times simple!) ways to address these issues. He was responsive, knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling and punctual to the minute!!  His report is detailed and features photographs with items often highlighted with red arrows or circles.
I would recommend him without hesitation.

"I was considering 3 companies to do the work. They provided the best deal. The installation went very smoothly; finished in a day. Very happy with the process to that point. Had some problems with some logistics afterward. The papers weren't processed properly to iniitally run the solar panels (it took 2 months till we figured out the electric company hadn't 'turned on' the panels). There was also some problems with the paperwork for the tax rebates that slowed things down. I talked to the owner Mark, who was very sorry for the problems and offered a small refund, even though we don't really know what happened. He wanted to be sure I was a happy customer, which I am. I was impressed by his professionalism. However, I'm still not seeing the savings that I was told. I've had my house energy audited, installed Nest thermostats, and still not seeing a major decrease in my KWh usage. I can only assume that we are having a hotter season than last year; hoping to realize savings next year.
