"I worked with ECS to have an energy audit done of my new home, and then worked with them to have some of the recommended upgrades done to improve energy efficiency. They were professional and responsive to all of my questions, and they walked me through a number of different options. In the end, I didn't choose to implement all of the changes that they recommended, but they still reduced the air leakage of my home by 21%, even coming back to take care of a few items that the work crew discovered while they were on site."

"My HVAC Tech, Alex K, & his crew of (2) other Techs installed my new Carrier HVAC system back in April (2020) & after the Inspection from the City of Alpharetta. All of CoolRay’s Employees are superb & extremely friendly from David Poulos (Sr. Consultant) selling me the awesome energy-efficient system, to the Lead Service Technician in Alex K., & his (2) partners that installed my Carrier HVAC back in April. Meanwhile, CoolRay’s Permit Coordinator in Jennifer Richardson was SUPERB! She has terrific Customer Service skills, is extremely professional as well as friendly, she’s very easy to talk to over the phone while she goes above & beyond to help explain to me the answers to the questions that I had for her & therefore, she helped put me at ease. Sarah Clement was also very helpful by contacting me via my cell & via email in helping set up the minimal work that needed to be performed in order to pass the inspection by the City of Alpharetta. All in all, a FABULOUS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES for those that I mentioned above w/ CoolRay & these individuals should be recognized in some way?!! CoolRay should be thrilled & honored to have these individuals working for them, especially Jennifer Richardson, Sarah & Alex K. ??? Sincerely, A very satisfied Customer in Mike Nale ? "Shane and his team were great. They spent a lot of time discussing the audit process and results with me. Made the rebate process so easy! Can't say enough positive things about them!"

"Very efficient, explained everything he was doing and why, very easy going and professional. This company does not over charge you for their service. I highly recommend this company"

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We initially found this company when searching online for information about energy audits and saving money on our utility bills. We were not sure what all was involved with this but the representative that came out was very knowledgeable and explained every detail. The audit or energy loss inspection showed us why we had uncomfortable rooms and why our energy bills are high, especially peak of Summer or Winter. We had no idea. We learned a lot about our 14 year old home that we never knew as well as a product that we purchased for our attic that reflects heat away. So far, we have already noticed a drop in temperature overall in our home and certainly in the rooms we were worried most about. Our energy bill this month was the lowest it has ever been in the Summer. We are thrilled with these results and everyone we met with this company. 0"

"After working with Nier Building Inspections on a Foundation, Pre-Drywall and Post Construction inspection I have realized that I would not be able to get a better house from my Builder. The attention of inspectors to detail is astonishing. They have very good knowledge of the codes, they have all the needed certificates, and they work with you on different levels to get the work done on time. They are present when you want them and they spend all the time needed and answer to any questions you have. The final report is also amazing. They are transparent with payment and the work delivery. Top Quality and Fair."

"Just to start off, I have been looking into Solar Energy for sometime but had not found any providers I felt confident with. After my initial conversation with SunPro representatives, I was put very much at ease as I found their knowledge of the current state of the industry well above the competition. They were very thorough in providing the specifications of the equipment and the install procedure. I was even able to go online and investigate the equipment and configuration used in the installation.Fast forward to the day of installation. They were in by 8:00 am and out by 2:00 pm. They were able to accommodate my schedule with no issues. The on-site guys were great. You cannot even see the panels from the street. A+ on curb appeal. They handled all the paperwork from the temp loan company, the utility company (less than two weeks to actual power conversion), to the tax form information. They answered every question and email I sent out within 24 hours.Add on instant access to daily power consumption and reports to help interpreting the utility bills. I don't think you can ask for much more.
