"It took two days to tear out the old insulation under the bottom floor and install encapsulation in the whole crawlspace. Nick and his crew did quality work getting the job completed. They also patched holes in the foundation, hauled off all the old, dirty insulation and torn vapor barrier. All-in-all a very accommodating crew."

"Installation went great - plumbing work looks excellent. Knocking off a star as the wood shavings from drilling weren't cleaned up and the covers on the water shutoffs weren't closed completely."

"Our old system was completely shot. We weren't sure what the problem was but Gary came to our home on short notice, diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly and gave us a cost estimate with a repair date that was very quick as well. They arrived to do the repair, cleared the area needed for the work, removed the old tank and replaced it with a modern one, pulled the entire well pipe and pump which obviously was in terrible condition. They then installed a top line pump and new pipe. The new system worked flawlessly and provides pressure that we have not enjoyed in years. We are incredibly grateful to the work the crew put into completing our repair and replacement. They worked long hours and were cheerful and well-mannered through all of it.? I highly recommend Water Flow Systems. They are the best!"

"I wish that they at least look through a camera to see what was clogging the drain. The team was nice, polite, and clean. But, the cost was a bit too much for just running the snake through the pipe, and not knowing the root cause of the problem. They need a camera!"

"Overall the service was EXCELLENT. However there was some minor communication issues that resulted in "no-shows" for the initial appointment. However, my first call was on a Tuesday and by Saturday they had visited and installed the new Hot Water Heater (Special vented and tankless)."

Sump Pump Installation questions, answered by experts

The difference between an ejector pump and a sump pump lies in their purpose and design—an ejector pump functions to remove liquid gray water and soft solid sewage waste from your home. If you have a laundry room or bathroom in your basement, an ejector pump for your sewage tank prevents sewage from backing up in your washing machine or bathroom’s drains.

A sump pump is designed to remove excess groundwater that may enter your home, either due to flooding or periods of heavy rain.

A sump pump battery backup can typically run for 6 to 24 hours. The factors that affect its runtime include the battery capacity and pump usage.

When purchasing your backup system, take these factors into consideration to determine which system is best for your home. If you live in an area with frequent and long-lasting power outages, consider a longer-lasting backup battery.

Costs depend on pump type, labor rates, and the extent of repairs or installation needs.

DIY is possible for simple repairs. Professional services ensure proper diagnostics and long-term reliability.

Sump pumps prevent basement flooding, reduce humidity, and protect against water damage.
