So here’s the thing, … I’ve found over the years that hiring a Handy Man that is reliable, competent, reasonably priced, and has proof of insurance extremely difficult. They provided a timeline and came in early. (IE, they said they’d take 3 days and they finished in two. They exceeded the expectation.) 4. Their work product was quality. Summary: When you hire a handy man your establishing a relationship with another person/company. I’ve found that so often with contractors that they are horrible communicators. When I called them, .. they answered. When I texted them they responded very quickly. In person they explained what they would do in plain simple terms. Their work product was great.
