"From initial contact until an actual person showed up was less than an hour! I was shocked to learn that someone would be there the same day and beyond surprised when Shaun came so quickly. I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. He then gave me the cost for both toilet repairs, immediately got to work after my approval and was done and out in no time at all. My toilets are working just fine now.
