"From initial contact until an actual person showed up was less than an hour! I was shocked to learn that someone would be there the same day and beyond surprised when Shaun came so quickly. I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. "Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. "The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
