"Angelo, of Remedy Plumbing,was most professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He was patient and answered and explained all of my questions. Why you would want something a certain over another. He went the extra mile. The Service Manager Mike was also very kind, considerate and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I finally have a sense of peace that my sewage issues have been addressed and my toilet will work properly now after 6 other plumbing companies could not resolve. They were head and shoulders above my previous experiences on this very same issue for the past year and nine months! I am truly grateful to have found them. "I had a leak under an upstairs toilet. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate, did the work, but the leak remained. So they came back the next day with different equipment and successfully completed the repair. They did not charge for the first day. Courteous and professional all the way. I highly recommend these guys."
