I am Chuck Conner, the owner of Atlanta Chimney Doctor, LLC., "Your Fireplace Specialist". I have been in the fireplace and chimney business for over 25 years. My commitment to you, the homeowner, is outstanding customer service and job quality. I am present at every jobsite and ensure all jobs are completed in a professional and timely manner and to code per NFPA 211 standards as directed by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). Every member of my staff is certified by the CSIA. My promise is each customer will receive my total honesty when it comes to your fireplace, chimney, and dryer vent needs; the safety of you and your family come first with us. "Totally untrue! I gave you an estimate to save you money and I told you upfront that you me need new caps because yours are to small and you agreed to move forward with out the caps! I’ve been to your house 3 times and not once have I seen any water just old damage! The last time I was at your house you had me running all over your roof doing things for you and I did at no charge! I also measured for new a new cap because you asked me to and that you wanted to get one but you never moved forward! That was two months ago and now you’re blowing my phone up knowing I’m on vacation telling me you want a refund! I’m coming home this Tuesday and I will be in touch! I would never harass anyone knowing that they were out of town on vacation! I find this to be very disrespectful!"

"Atlanta Chimney Doctor responded to a call from this client regarding a chimney leak. A proposal to correct the leak was issued and agreed to by the client. This particular chimney opening is very large (about the size of the back of a pick up truck) and required a new pan & shroud (made of metal) with chimney saver to correct this leak issue. Upon pick up of the custom made pan & shroud, it was determined that the hole was a little too large for the quality of work provided by us. The client was called and informed of the changes to the installation schedule. We remade the units and due to the nature of the large size it is impossible to do without a seam. THERE WAS NEVER A REQUEST OR DISCUSSION WITH THIS CLIENT REGARDING A SEAM OR NO SEAM prior to installation. After all was installed and chimney saver applied which was also done to the brick around the client's front door without additional charge, the client paid the remaining balance. After all was complete for reasons unknown, the client has chosen to attack this company, owner and staff. We stand by the work done and have attempted to discuss all matters with this client without this success. The issue was a leak, we gave an estimate, it was agreed, it was repaired and it no longer has a leak issue which has been tested by recent rains."
