they were perfect owner was exception in accommodating in my schedule perfect communication very good technician.

We were having trouble with water in the basement. The Alliance Chimney crew had to fix the liner and re-cement the top of our chimney. The crew lead by Joe Lewandowski, came and explained the problem in detail with photographs and options. In the end we put in a stainless steel liner and new piece at the top and re-cemented the pad. They were punctual, were honest and straightforward with us, and did a nice job. When the weather did not permit the re-cementing, we paid them anyway, and they promised to come back. They did this in two days and finished the job. Because they had the right sized ladder, they even took a peek at our back gutter to make sure it was flowing and not clogged.

Stucco on the chimney looks tremendous. Neighbors walking the neighborhood stop and compliment. on how good it looks. Also installed a liner to make the oil burner chimney safe again

Alliance inspected my chimney and advised me not to use my fireplace and then advised an insert he could sell me would resolve the issue. He did not charge anything for the inspection. I got a 2nd opinion from a Master inspector, who advised there was some risk, but the fireplace could be used. Only time may tell, but it seems Alliance is incentivized to sell inserts.

We were very satisfied with the work that Alliance Chimney and Energy Inc had done with cleaning and repairing our wood burning fireplace and the installation of a chimney liner. Chuck is a very nice down to earth guy and went above and beyond in helping us with a issue unrelated to the work he was doing for us with our fireplace. Their pricing was very reasonable and quality of workmanship was great. The installation was one day and they prepared the area covering all furniture around their work area. They also cleaned up very well. Unfortunately beings we just had this done recently and we are well into Spring weather we cant try out this new addition out until Fall. We do feel very comfortable that this liner system will keep our home much safer we have fires and should eliminate water coming in when it rains. I highly recommend hiring Alliance Chimney, you wont be disappointed!
