For the living room, we opted for the BetterVue screens, and they are worth the additional cost. Can't even tell there are screens in the window, except if you are right next to the windows. "We thought we made an appointment with happy handy man to come out and fix our sliding glass doors. There was a discrepancy with the date and they never sent any kind of reminder…..text , call or email and then the next thing I know is there is a message on my phone one day that they were going to come out but because they could not reach us the appointment was cancelled and since I did not cancel the appointment myself I would have to pay a $75.00 service fee! The problem is how do you cancel an appointment from two years in the past ? I will send you the confirmation email they sent for the appointment! Problem is the appointment email confirmation is from 2 years ago and I did not use them then either because the handyman they sent could not do the job and he said exactly that so we did not hire him/them two years ago either!"
