Despite the fact that he was scheduled to go out of town,, Tom went out of his way and across town to assist my client. He was so friendly, so accommodating, so knowledgeable and honest. Tommy was amazing. We had an emergency issue with our garage door a year ago and was super impressed by the responsiveness and overall knowledge. At that time, he did say that while the immediate issue was resolved, we probably only had 3-4 years left on the existing door. Fast forward to last week when our door had another emergent issue. Tommy to the rescue again. He was here within a day to get us up and running. We did heed his recommendation to purchase a new door and motor and one week later everything is perfect. AlphaDoor is always super responsive, overly communicative and transparent.

I would never recommend them to anybody. My husband ended up almost redo the installation track of the garage door. On the third one, one of the swicthes that controls the opening of the garage door keeps bumping on the other. They were professional and they showed up on them it's just that the service was not done correctly.
