"He charged me 1/2 my money down and had me sign a contract and he did not come to do the work or buy any materials. He constantly not calling me back and saying he is busy buying land bank houses or doing someone else's home. He had told me that he do not like working for those who live in the Detroit Area because them people gives him trouble. He reported that he like working for those who live in Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills or etc. I informed him that you came to get my money and never showed back up. Its been 1 week now. I also had told him that I live in Warren MI and I don't live in Detroit. He had said all of these things after he had collected my money. He act as though me and my husband is bothering him and he promised to do the work. He have multiple excuses as to why he has not come to do the work as evidence by his workers did not show and etc. Also, my brother in law had recommended him, but had told me to hire him at my own risk due to Mendez had collected money from him and had taken months to finish his home due to Mendez not being professional or dependable. I would not recommend him to do no one's work or to give him any money before he gets started."

Due to Covid 19 we are limiting contact. With that being said I can usually quote a system replacement from either a picture of the labels or a system size, type, air handler/furnace location and city location. We will get you the best price on goodman, smart-comfort/carrier, or Payne equipment. We also do not require an upfront payment for equipment deposits. We operate off of trusting our customers from the beginning. Trust is earned and we believe that we will show the first sign of trust by taking your word for gold. I personally have been in HVAC for over 15 years and I have experience in all types of systems and home setups. From split levels, ranch style, apartment/condo, or traditional homes. I also am a former Apartment Maintenance Supervisor as well so we do it all from single family homes to multifamily homes as well. Payments Accepted are credit/debit cards, as well as a plethora of digital payments. All of my quotes are good for 1 calendar year. The price I quote you will be flat rate + 8% sales tax. We are based locally in powder springs GA but we travel up to 100 mile radius so don't hesitate to reach out to us. We usually can beat any written quote by at least 15%. He also went into the attic and did not say that the system he just installed was not compatible with the unit I have in my home. I don't mind paying money if it is needed, but now he will not answer to correct his mistakes. Do not go to this company. They are not reliable and they will be stealing your money. Now I have to pay some else to replace the entire system. Not worth my time or energy."
