I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit.
