"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. "All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.
