She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me. Stephanie was very polite and nice over the phone, as well as answered the questions that I had. The technicians Ryan and Ronnie's work was exceptional! They unclogged our Kitchen sink drain line in our basement that was stopped up. After unclogging the drain in the Kitchen basement they discovered that the line upstairs had now become clogged. They willfully unclogged this line as well and did not charge anything extra from what was already quoted. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job.
