John came out and tried to repair my pump and but had to replace it with a new one after the clean out. He did such a great job they even found fish hiding I thought were dead and gone. "At first they did a great job replacing the leaking liner at the bottom of our waterfall and were very nice and respectful. But when I called them to return because the pump was not working they would not respond to multiple text messages and phone calls. I think they accidentally left the timer on when they told me to leave the pump off a few days and the pump burned out. But it was an honest mistake and I was very polite when reaching out to them to come look at it. They never did respond so I would not hire them again. Need to be a little more professional."

Recently (March 2016) I thought I needed Pete to come check something, do some system maintenance.  Pete read a Very Long email from me, then talked with me Extensively by phone (he called at 2:30 in the afternoon, so we had time to talk!), Pete told me what I could do to try to solve the problem-- It had Nothing to do with his system.  He's just a Generously Helpful Man.
