I was skeptical at first because of the price of replacing my garage door which was at least $400 under the lowest bid. Tyler and his son really delivered a quality product in record time at an awesome price. Customer service was excellent as well. Trust me, you can trust Good Shepard!!!!!!!

Good Shepherd did an awesome job. They were very professional. They were very prompt. They were very responsive. They’re very easy to get in touch with. After they were done and had left the next day, I noticed one of the windows was cracked. They had no problem coming back within a couple of days and replacing it. They stood behind their work.

Very quick service. Came out the same day, on a weekend, to give me a free estimate. Scheduled me the following Saturday (I asked for that date) with no issues. They were supposed to arrive between 10-12am, but called at 9:15 to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if 9:30 was ok. I agreed and they were there by 9:30. The job was completely done in 20 minutes and my garage door is working just fine now. The price was the lowest I found out of 3 places I called, parts came with a 6 year warranty and the labor came with a 3 year warranty. They were also very polite, explained everything well, and made me feel comfortable. As a single mom of two, feeling comfortable having them in my home to make a repair was a huge positive for me! Iâ d highly recommend them.

Tyler & Ben responded to repair broken cables, pulleys and springs on our overhead garage door. They were professional and efficient with no wasted motion. When a small adjustment problem occurred a few days afterward, they were prompt in their return response to expertly correct the issue.
