This is the second time I have hired A Tech Solutions for my home based business and I continue to be thrilled with their range of services, knowledge of technology and truly outstanding service. Our property ranges over 6 acres with multiple buildings and points of entry. I need to be able to have eyes on all of it, whether I'm working from my home office or in another location. A Tech Solutions has brought it all to the palm of my hand with stunning clarity and video backup. Technology changes at such a rapid pace, yet I know I can count on their forethought and expertise to keep my needs top of mind at every stage - from planning to execution. I simply could not ask for better RTO and I know that every client gets the same treatment.

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about Seng. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew so much about this industry that he was able to offer a more economically sound option than we were previously quoted. He was prompt, we had service in no time, and he had to travel from Atlanta to Savannah. Seng also offered solutions to problems we had that were not within the confines of what he was hired to do. In fact, he helped me with a computer issue remotely a few days ago. Seng and this company are amazing! Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but you will find it here. 10 out of 10!

Off to a rocky start when the tech was in a motor vehicle collision putting him in the hospital. However, Mr. Lee contacted another tech from northern Alabama who did a magnificent job. I should note that my home and office are in Turtletown, TN. Getting service on anything here is a significant struggle. A tech solution repaired my optical fiber network quickly and efficiently.

All my issues were fixed and would 100% hire them again!!

I was a little skeptic initially as i dont rely on new service providers. But it was a decision well made with no nregrets. Excellent service executed TO perfection. I would definetely consider his service again.

Seng did a fabulous job in getting my printer connected to my computer. Even the manufacturer couldn't do that . . . and my computer and the printer were made by the same com[any. Go figure!!! I'll reach out to him again if I need any work to be done. Very efficient. Always on time. Very friendly.

This pro is as authentic and honest as they come. After having my computer ruined in hurricane Ida I was wondering whether it was worth getting it fixed or not. After speaking with Seng he was honest about it not being worth fixing due to the costs which would total more than what I paid for the computer. Seng was able to advise me on next steps that would be much cheaper I appreciate his honesty integrity and help!
