The screens weren't his, and neither was the door - he got 'em from a different company. But Roger and his men? They didn't bat an eye. They took those pieces and made 'em fit like they were made for my porch. Now, my porch has several imperfections, and the frames were not even. But that didn't stop Roger. He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
