"Chad, the Consultant is very knowledgeable on the functions and efficiency of the different systems. Very thorough explaining the levels of efficiency, pros/cons, etc. The level of service during the consultation was exceptional, and surpassed my expectations on the initial consultation from other local companies I reached out to for estimates. His thoroughness gave me confidence that the installation of the system would be just as exceptional. The company extended some courtesies I was not expecting prior to the installation. The installation was just as good as I was assured. Mr. Alexander, the owner, was at the house at the beginning of the installation to ensure everything was good and as expected. The team was considered, focused, thorough and very patient and respectful with my questions. They worked expeditiously, and did troubleshooting at the end to ensure it all worked properly, then cleaned up all the areas prior to leaving. "I was most pleased by the responsiveness of the business. I scheduled an appointment for 10/4 to estimate replacement costs and immediately received an email confirmation from their representative (Chad Johnson) with his cell number on it. I had questions so I called his cell number and he immediately came to my house, gave me a price, and I accepted the offer because it was a good price but primarily because of Chad's responsiveness. The installers came in the morning of 10/4 and by noon I had an operating mini-split unit. So instead of an estimate on 10/4, the job was completed on 10/4!! Great work -- I highly recommend them!"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"I call Tony the GM on Monday extremely frustrated about My walk in cooler at My Business. It was supposed to be repaired by another Company and was not. After Several Service calls the cooler was not repaired. I was told by the Technician what to do so that I wouldn’t have to keep calling Him. Tony sent Zeke on Tuesday Morning and Tony and Zeke stayed until 7:00 P.M. They did not leave until My Walk in Cooler was up and running. Tony is one of the Most Professional and Genuine Young Men I have met in a long time. Zeke is an expert in My book. This Company is A++++++++++++++++ with Me."
