I scheduled an appointment for 10/4 to estimate replacement costs and immediately received an email confirmation from their representative (Chad Johnson) with his cell number on it. I had questions so I called his cell number and he immediately came to my house, gave me a price, and I accepted the offer because it was a good price but primarily because of Chad's responsiveness. The installers came in the morning of 10/4 and by noon I had an operating mini-split unit. So instead of an estimate on 10/4, the job was completed on 10/4!! Great work -- I highly recommend them!"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints
