Solid communication start to finish. They gave two plans on how to route the water line with pricing. Only slip up in the process was they said a water heater tune up was included but it didn’t happen so I had to hound them to get someone back out to do it.

I needed service immediately. They said someone could be at my home in two-four hours. While the repairman was some twenty minutes late arriving, he did call to let me know he would be a little late and to make sure I was okay with it. He completed the work rather quickly while explaining what he was doing. System working fine now. I'm very satisfied.

It's easy to click the stars for all 5's for this company. They are top notch. They are on time. They are extremely professional. They are rightly priced. They are exceptionally great overall. Had 5 toilets installed (we bought them from Lowes, but we hired paradise to install them) in less than 3 hours...hauled the old ones away. Cleaned up all mess. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend!
