"FPL bill doubled in price & house seemed to not be as cool as set temp. Nathan came out the next day & identified a leak in the line outside. Had unit replaced & upgraded to a smart thermostat 2 days later. Service was not only fast, the guys were professional, clean, thorough, & even kind to my dogs Ben & Murphy, who were freaked out by the thunder strikes & kept going to lay in the area they were working. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 would recommend this company & will continue to use them for ALL my home repair needs. "This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints

"My a/c wasn't working - we just moved into a home that had been vacant for almost 2 years.  I received quotes to fix the problem close to $3,000.00 and doesn't include labor (it was the motor to our a/c, HOME DEPOT was one of the quotes we received.  I called Mr. Llanes, and he sent Wally.  They came as expected and cleaned the coils and replaced the motor for 1/3 of what home depot and the other guys were quoting me.   3 weeks later,  the heater wasn't working and I called Llanes again and Wally came to service the unit on the same day and problem was fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys over and over again!"
