"Professional, easy to talk with he listens to what you want and helps with ideas. The quality of work is great. I do recommend him and his team to anyone who wants any kind of construction done . I am very happy I hired him and his team."

"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting.
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. Granite, wood, tiling, whatever... it all turns out beautiful!
His subcontractors and  assistants have always been very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Some of the work was completed when we were on vacation.  Kevin's team is also animal friendly! On more than one occasion they've corraled the dogs or helped relocate one runaway!
Highly recommend this contractor and his team!

"Excellent, amazing! They were on time ,actually ahead of schedule. They were professional, they cleaned up,no additional costs just a great company. The owner who is very nice was present for the entire job. Every time I called or E-mailed they responded immediately. By far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor or any company. The Roof has made a huge difference in our home air comfort and the electric costs are down 20-30%."

"I had an entire home built. They did an amazing job very professional work done beautifully and if there were any issues, they promptly came back and corrected them. I would highly recommend them."

"I have an older home with hardy board siding. Don and Eric replaced damaged areas and repainted my entire home. They not only did a superior job, but they were professional and finish everything neatly and in a timely manner. I was very impressed. I will use Don and Eric for future tasks if needed and recommend them to all my friends."

"GPS was timely and did an excellent job. These guys are not the regular b******* artist that are prevalent in Florida. They came in and told me what they could do and how much it would cost. The job was done ahead of schedule and the workmanship was impeccable. As an added bonus, both acted in a professional manner and where polite. When I could not be there I felt comfortable leaving them with my wife. If you need quality renovations done in your home, and at great rate, you would be hard pressed to do better than Jason and Gary."

"John is a true professional. I hired him to add attic pull down steps and to remove the mess that existed in my attic from the previous owners. John is knowledgeable on a great deal of handyman projects and communicates well on what he plans to do and when he will be there. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and have already hired John to do additional projects based on his work to date."

"We would highly recommend Dunier Rangel’s Gift LLC for your remodeling needs. He listened patiently to my ideas, then worked tirelessly to execute them into reality! His attention to detail was greatly appreciated - as was the way he cleaned the worksite each night before they left. Was impressed with the knowledge and work ethic of his crew - Alex & son Nathaniel."
