The roofers who installed the new roof never changed the flashing, and it was now leaking. The flashing, sheathing, and trusses now needed to be repaired. He pressure washed, removed old caulking, painted soffits and gutters, did wood repairs and when he was finished with all the painting he replaced any rusty screws he found.
