"Our price is determined by market value. We only install the highest grade parts and we are the only company that offers a completely free service call so that you the consumer can make an obligation free decision on whether or not to seek a second opinion or quote. We are also the only company that comes out "late on a saturday night". We appreciate you letting us know the service you received and technician's work were great."
"Thank you for your review and kind words. We appreciate your business."
"We're sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately you've inflated the prices you were actually charged AND you neglected to mention the rollers that were included in that price and the extended warranty. We offered you a partial refund, it wasn't enough for you. Because you told us what we should be charging based on your 'research'. That's not how any business operates."

"We're sorry you felt like you had a negative experience. We do not hide the fact that our service calls and estimates are completely free of charge. If you're ever not happy with a quote you receive, it's absolutely free to let the technician leave. If you'd like to give us a call we'd appreciate the opportunity to review your visit further. Thanks!"

In general I was quite pleased with the service offered. The young woman who spoke with me on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who came to make the repairs was polite and helpful. Tardiness, however, is a big bug-a-boo of mine and the fact that the repairman was "On his way and . . . about fifteen minutes from there." did not set well when he arrived an hour and one-half later.
BE AWARE -- there is a "Fuel/Misc" charge of 3% which will be added to whatever price you agree on. It is in the contract on the back of the page. Be aware when you make a purchase the price of which was billed as "Package Price" does NOT include labor. After agreeing on that price there was an additional $85 charge for labor. Go to their website and you will find multiple coupons good for varying discounts of $25 or $50. After reaching a total on the bill I presented one and was informed that those were "not worth anything since I already figured that in." In other words once I made a decision to go for a service with a "Package Price" of $625.00 it ended up costing $760.
I do not know whether the installers work on a commission basis but I was politely but persistently pushed to get additional repairs. The constant "up-sell" pressure was not pleasant.
When I spoke with them about the receipt -- which was not at all clear about the labor charge, it sort of just appeared -- they were again very polite and accommodating, offering a refund but . . . truth be known . . . I had agreed to it all and it was a carefully worded although difficult to read (pale brown type on the back of a sheet of yellow paper) "contract".
As far as I can tell the work was completed in good fashion but I do believe before I use these folks again I would have a clear understanding of the "extra" charges involved.
"We understand that not every experience is going to be up to our normal standards of operation. We do provide 3-4 hour windows for appointment times because our technicians often find themselves more involved in a job than previously thought. Sometimes when they show up and see the condition of the door, a simple job can turn into an extensive one. We make every effort to accomodate our customer's schedules and provide courtesy calls to our customers to make sure they are kept 'in the loop'. As for your experience with our technician, our techs are trained to make your door work as best as possible. We're sorry you felt like he was upselling you, that was not his intention. If our techs see an issue with your door, they will bring it to your attention and explain it to the best of their ability. When your complaint was brought to our customer service manager's attention, we were more than happy to offer a refund that was declined. You're correct, the fuel charge is completely explained for what it covers on the invoices. We ask that if you ever have an issue with any pricing, that you bring it up at the time of service. Feel free to call our office at that time and we can better deal with the issues as they occur. Thanks for the review!"
"Thank you, we're glad you had a pleasant experience!"
"Thank you very much for the positive comments! We're glad you are happy with your doors and we stand by our warranties, so if you should ever need us in the future make sure you call!"
