Prompt service and polite technician however prices are highly inflated. Charged $150 for two universal remotes which we didn’t need. Unfortunately the person home at the time authorized this not knowing any better. Less than 10 mins after the tech left I called to inquire about the cost and to return the remotes. Was told I couldn’t return them but could apply the cost to install of a new opener which we don’t need right now. Now I have two very overpriced remotes that I didn’t need as the door is working fine with our old ones.

Great service. Shane was very knowledgeable and reviewed my new device with me as well as pointed out what I might expect next on the garage door given its age and current condition. I also really appreciate how quick and easy it was to get an appointment in a very short amount of time. The wait where I bought the opener was a month out; they were here in two days with one of the days being due to my convenience- they could have come next the day if needed. The price was fair. Not a bargain, but definitely comparable to others. Would highly recommend.

Originally called in Dec of 2018. Technician responded, replaced some parts, money paid, says problem fixed. Problem reoccurred in Jan 2019, another call for service. Technician responded, says this time it needs more parts, more money paid, says problem fixed. Problem reoccurred in March 2019, technician responded, says more parts needed, more money needed, I refused to do any more business with ASAP. When you call a company, you expect a professional to respond, diagnose the problem, repair it, and charge a fair price. ASAP responds with a technician who makes some guesses as to what could be wrong, charges you for his guess, and if it turns out to be wrong (as it did twice in my case) his response is to make another guess at your expense. If I want somebody to come out and guess what could be wrong with my opener, I'll just call my local handyman. I expected much more from ASAP and I am bitterly disappointed with their methods and competence.

The office manager is rude and yelled at me and talked over me. Finally she sent out a tech who worked on the door. He was very rude and couldn't fix the door. He argued with us and even threatened me (he said let's go outside and work this out). He left without fixing the problem.

Found that our garage door was not opening properly.  Called ASAP about 4 PM, expecting that they would send out a service tech within the next few days.  Instead they said they could have someone at our house between 5 and 7 PM today!  Techs arrived, immediately diagnosed problem as a broken spring.  Quickly replaced both springs on door and they were on their way in well less than 2 hours.  Work was performed professionally, techs knew what they were doing, and cost was a fair price, particularly considering the responsiveness of the company.

The guy that installed it, didn't measure right and now it's separating from the wall by an eighth of an inch and he came out to fix it and only caulked in the space.  The person that painted the metal got paint all over the house.

"I am sorry that this customer was not satisfied. The home is his mothers and the customer was his mother. We were called out to this customer numerous times for multiple complaints about things that were normal and functioning as they were supposed to. We made every effort to make this customer happy but no matter what we did she could not be satisfied. We continued going to her home every time she called us though we could do nothing to satisfy her. We spent our time educating her on the proper way her screens operated and they were functioning as they should. We made every effort humanly possible but nothing is going to make this customer happy and I regret that but there is nothing wrong. We have other reviews on here and other places from very satisfied customers as well as written letters from happy customers. Unfortunately some people cannot be satisfied despite our good faith efforts to rectify that."
