I always got a return e-mail or a phone response to any of my questions in a timely manner. The business owner Kent is a craftsman. He has been doing this work for many years and it shows in the final end product. He and his team work incredibly hard and simply do great work. I have had numerous compliments from neighbors on the front drive pavers which quite frankly transformed the entrance to the house. I actually had compliments from my neighbors on how polite and friendly the workers were and how they cleaned up everyday, which when you live in close proximity to other houses is important. Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either.
