"We selected Tropiscapes to landscape our yard, and found this company to be exemplary in every way. Mike Garth, the owner of the company, promptly contacted us after we called, and came out to give an estimate for all the work we wanted done. We had our front and side yards completely remodeled, and also had a small patio and pavers around the flower beds installed in the back yard. Mike and every person on his crew is deserving of the highest praise. They were always on time and dedicated to the job. This was a long and complex project, involving removal of all existing sod, vastly overgrown plantings and bushes, and working through impossible tree roots to install new sod, raised flower beds, and all new bushes and plantings. Everyone worked so diligently and conscientiously in the heat and sometimes even the rain to do an outstanding job, and they didn't stop until the project was completed. They also cleaned up the property every day before they left. They are the BEST! Mike's impressive qualifications and experience is really evident in his work. He was so helpful in advising of the viability of the plants we wanted, and patiently worked with us to get everything just the way we wanted it to look. Our favorite part of the yard is the spectacular beauty of the stacked, stone border wall, which was so artfully constructed in a curving pattern around the flower beds. Tropiscapes is the company to contact for beautiful landscaping, dependability, and exceptional customer service. Our yard looks like a work of art, and they have our highest recommendation!"

"We contacted Dakota and Southern Brothers Landscape Design to get a quote on remodeling our landscaping in Huntington at Safety Harbor. He showed up on time and brought his entire crew with him. He was my second quote and we walked the property while discussing expectations. He gave a fair price and could start immediately after agreeing. My lawn was serviced the same day and looked great. We discussed our future project of replacing old sod with new sod along with new azaleas. He quoted another fair price and we agreed to do the upgrade. The new sod looks great and cut good around the corners and green. His team dug out an old tree and replaced with new azaleas. The new azaleas on both sides of front door were planted in a strategic direction to bring the best look. Also completed new brown mulch on all the beds on the property with expert mulching. "Amazing company to work with!! I had Tampa Hardscapes come out to give me a quote on doing my driveway, back patio pavers, and design retaining wall for my landscaping. The owner came out personally and walked the property with me and really took the time to find out what I was imagining and what was important to me. They were very reasonable on price and super expedient on timeline. They also had the jobsite extremely tidy and clean, which is very important to me. (I have two small kids and my wife was very very pregnant at the time, it was supper important to me to not be living in a construction zone for an extended period of time) They added some designs and boarders to my idea that I would have never thought of, and it came out great! I get compliments from all the neighbors. The Owner Matt even stopped by 2 months later just to check on how everything was holding up, that the finishing sand was taken correctly, and to make sure that the quality of work was correctly. You just don't get this level of professionalism and pride that should come with every craft and craftsman these days, but this company still has that old school integrity. I usually am not one to write reviews, but I have to say, I was so impressed that I was compelled to do it this time. If there was an option to give 10 starts I would! "I contacted Floor Groomers, along with other garage flooring contractors, to come by and provide a quote to prep and resurface my two-car garage with an epoxy/polyaspartic finish. After meeting with Randy, I concluded he â checked all the boxesâ , i.e. professional in appearance, demeanor, and knowledge; arrived on time; thoroughly inspected the garage floor (including measuring the garage concrete floor for moisture intrusion â not performed by other contractors); gave a detailed timeline for prep work, material application, and cure process; and presented me with a detailed, and competitive quote that included a moisture barrier application sufficient to protect the garage floor from the high reading of moisture content in the slab. Once we worked out the details, his work proved to be as expected â totally professional with great attention to detail.
