Had the tile replaced by Ronny Snows Pool Patrol in October 2025. Initial request was to have some tiles on the waterfall that had fallen off repaired. After several quotes from different providers we went with Ronny. We were impressed with Ronny’s knowledge and the amount of time he spent with us detailing the process and helping us to select new tiles as all the tiles around the pool needed replaced. Work started approximately one week from the signing of the contract and took about 6 days from start to finish. Helio and Billy did and outstanding job and were extremely polite and professional even providing my husband with tips to maintain the pool . Will gladly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

We had our pool resurfaced in September. Everything went as planned. We now have a great looking pool. Our pool is 17 years old so the pool tiles were looking dingy, they put a new coat of grout on them and they look brand new. We had black algae on the walls. A new surface took care of that. We are very happy to have a new pool and 6 months of pool service.

Bad experience. -10....the workmanship is the age of 2 year old. Don't use them. Never repaired my tile work. Owner denied knowing but he was willing to take over 10k. From me. Anybody knows a good tile person let me know.. Angie Berkey (Email Redacted)

First, Mr. Snow was very responsive initially to come for a quote but once I agreed to contract with him communications and engagement beyond our first meeting were unacceptable. He failed to respond to correspondence in a timely manner and failed to address issues. His crew damaged the door screen in my pool cage and although brought to his attention more than once he never acknowledged my concern. Secondly, his web site says all crew are employees per below quote on his website.
?Our fully licensed and insured team comprises in-house employees, allowing us to maintain strict control over all aspects of our services, from initial consultation to final inspection.?
This isn?t true and he contracted the bulk of the work to a subcontractor, Wood?s Pool Plastering LLC. Luckily they did a good job and their owner was on-site supporting the work. More than could be said for Mr. Snow who provided little to no follow up. I would not recommend him.

We made an appointment with Ronny for our pool resurfacing. He explained everything that his quote included and answered all our questions. His crew came in, did a good job and the pool is looking very nice now! They were done in about 3 days. Then Billy came for 3 chlorine applications before we switched to the salt system. I recommend them.

Worse job !!!! Please, please do not make the same 10,000$ mistake I did. Find a reputable pool company. They Used amateurs for tile work. The floor is so ruff it will cut up your feet if you do not wear shoes... Not to enjoyable...

"Hi Thanks for your feedback- I visited your pool upon completion and you were happy/ I?m sorry years later you now don?t like your tile choice .. but even still I came back after this review mid April 2025 years after the job was done. The tile was installed to my satisfaction and I?m completely satisfied with the job. The pool finish also is not ?rough? it has pebbles in it giving it the texture completely consistent with the product specifications. I tried working with you and listening but all you could rant about was your husbands recent diagnosis I realize you?re going thru tough times I wish you the best Sincerely Ronny"

Ronnie Snows people were very nice and did good work. We had pool resurfaced and tiled. Also new pump and filter and deck painted. They even had some suggestions that we hadn't even thought about. They were here everyday and didn't waste any time. They were very careful with their work and did an exceptional job. Pool looks great very pleased with their work.

Ronny said he would take care of maintaining the pool for 90 days after resurfacing but stopped after 30 days.
At that point my regular pool company stated that there was so much white muck in the filter that the pump was hardly running. I suspect that Ronny's team never cleaned the filter. Additionally, the salt generator cell was also destroyed.
The quality of the pool surface is 40-grit sandpaper. The added blue glass is only visible in a few places. The application of the aggregate is bulky around corners and is raised 1/2 above the surface of the tile.
The fixed; deck is sinking around the skimmer, requiring me to have the pool leak tested again (no leaks).
All discussions with Ronny turned into angry yelling and his demanding why we did not let him know sooner, knowing we were out of town.
It was a mistake to hire Ronny, and we will be paying out of pocket to resurface the pool, again.
Ronny will post an aggressive response, consider his mannerisms before hiring him.

Don't hire them.. You will regret it. Sloppy work. My pool tile looks like it was done by a 3 year old. I may have a leak now from not making sure the concrete They replaced didn't go into my pipes.

This is my attempt to express just how much I love my swimming pool that pool Patrol resurfaced and tiled. During the day, the water sparkles and the pool looks amazing. At night with the lights shining through the water, you feel like you are at a resort. I absolutely love my pool. Pool patrol did an excellent job! They took their time to do it correctly and the craftmanship is perfect. They delivered on schedule and (unless it was raining) arrived every day when they said they would be at my house. Thank you Ronny Snow for taking such good care of us.

We recently had Ronny Snowâ s Pool Patrol complete a remodel of our 25 year old pool. In addition to resurfacing the pool itself, they replaced the edge tile and added travertine around the pool deck edge along with stacked stone around our spa. We also had them widen the spa outflow into the pool. Ronnyâ s guys worked hard and were diligent about cleaning up after themselves. Their workmanship in all areas was excellent. Our only regret is that we could not do even more at this point.

We are a townhome association. His crew was very nice , tile guy Elliott, did steps and water line tile, Billy installed the new lights , and there plaster crew was great ,and fast ... everything was clean when they finished... We would recommend Ronny.

I need to tell you that if you want a quality job done in an efficient, timely and professional manner then you have fond that person! Ronnies crew are top notch and as professional and respectful as can possibly be. I owned and operated a contracting business in Clearwater for 38 years and only meet a few contractors that could meet the professional manner in which Ronie's organization operates. So, if you are looking for a hassle free and smooth experience then you have found the right company! Oh, and did I mention what a beautiful job they did!

And, if you have a question not covered here, trust me that he probably can do it, or advise you who can. When something comes up in and around my home...I will definitely call him.

Giving a 1 because the system does NOT allow a lower rating. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Ronny is beyond rude, he is disrespectful! Everyone involved in the contract and resurfacing were pleasant and professional. We called Ronny after the installation to inquire about the maintenance included in the purchase, and clearly defined on the contract. He stated that the tech had been to the home and provided service. My entire family and my dog were home. There were no visitors that we nor our cameras/security system detected. Ronny sends a screenshot of the techs GPS location from the alleged visit. It clearly showed that the tech was around the corner. When that point was raised on the phone he hung up on us. Then proceeded to text some inflammatory comments. The following when the tech arrived, he explained that he had in fact serviced the wrong home the previous week. Which matters far less than someone attending to customer concerns, especially considering the size of the expense. Stay away....there are less expensive, highly professional options. Things will go badly with Ronny Snow. He does NOT deserve anyone's business.

Mr. Snowâ s work crews were friendly, but professional. While work was underway, they kept me informed of their activities, what to expect, and made sure that I understood instructions. Mr. Snow made sure that he personally reviewed the job with me, and set my expectations. I could not be more pleased, and would recommend Pool Patrol to anyone with a pool project they need done.
